1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy protects DarkyDev, Darky’s DonutStats, users, communities, infrastructure, APIs, Discord services, and third-party providers from abuse. It applies to the website, Discord bot, integrations, custom bots, premium tools, downloads, APIs, support systems, and related services.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the Services to break laws, violate platform rules, harass or threaten others, impersonate staff, distribute malware, steal credentials, facilitate fraud, evade sanctions, promote illegal activity, infringe intellectual property, or interfere with another person’s use of the Services.
3. API and Automation Abuse
You may not bypass cooldowns, rate limits, authentication, access controls, pagination, caching, or usage restrictions. Automated scraping, bulk harvesting, credential sharing, excessive polling, denial-of-service activity, replay attacks, forged requests, and attempts to extract private datasets are prohibited unless DarkyDev gives prior written permission.
4. Security Testing
Do not probe, scan, exploit, reverse engineer, decompile, or test vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately and do not access, retain, disclose, or modify data belonging to others.
5. Accounts and Access
Do not share accounts, sell access, create abusive alternate accounts, circumvent bans, falsely link external accounts, or access another user’s profile, files, sessions, or private data. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials.
6. User Content
Content must not contain malicious scripts, executable payloads, hidden redirects, doxxing, private credentials, sexual exploitation material, hateful threats, stolen content, defamatory accusations presented as verified fact, or material that violates another person’s rights.
7. Scam Reports
Reports must be submitted honestly and with relevant evidence. False reports, fabricated evidence, retaliatory reports, harassment, witness intimidation, and attempts to manipulate staff decisions are prohibited. A report is not a confirmed finding until reviewed and labelled accordingly.
8. Schematics and Downloads
The public cannot publish schematic posts. Only DarkyDev may add official schematic listings through the website code. Users may not tamper with files, rehost restricted content contrary to its licence, bypass download controls, or misrepresent DarkyDev files as their own.
9. Enforcement
DarkyDev may rate-limit, remove content, revoke access, suspend services, blacklist accounts or servers, cancel unpaid services, preserve evidence, or report conduct to affected platforms or authorities. Enforcement may occur without advance notice where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service stability.
10. Reporting Abuse
Report abuse privately through discord.gg/darkydev or darkydev.com@gmail.com. Include relevant links, usernames, dates, and evidence, but do not send passwords, tokens, private keys, or payment-card information.
