Digital Products
Because products are digital and often delivered immediately, payments are generally final once access is granted, files are delivered, hosting is provisioned, or custom work begins.
Monthly Hosting
Unused prepaid full months may be considered for refund at DarkyDev鈥檚 discretion. Partial active months are normally non-refundable.
Custom Work
Deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable after work begins. If DarkyDev cannot complete an agreed deliverable, an appropriate partial or full refund may be issued.
Chargebacks
Contact support before filing a chargeback. Fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks may result in service suspension and permanent refusal of future service.
