1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of Darky’s DonutStats, stats.darkydev.net, the Discord bot, APIs, integrations, premium features, custom bots, hosting, support systems, digital products, and related DarkyDev services. By accessing or using any Service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet the minimum age required by Discord and applicable law. You must comply with Discord’s rules, applicable Minecraft and platform rules, and all laws that apply to you.
3. Service Description
The Service may provide player statistics, leaderboards, Auction House listings, transaction history, price estimates, watchlists, calculators, linked-account tools, image tools, schematic rendering, AI-assisted features, premium graphics, support tools, and custom hosted bots. Features may change, be restricted, or be discontinued.
4. Independent Project
Darky’s DonutStats is created and operated by DarkyDev. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by DonutSMP, Mojang Studios, Microsoft, or Discord. Third-party marks belong to their owners.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not spam commands, bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, scrape data in bulk, reverse engineer protected systems, interfere with service stability, submit fraudulent reports, manipulate giveaways, abuse alternate accounts, impersonate staff, or use the Service unlawfully.
6. Purchases and Digital Services
Purchases may include premium access, custom bots, hosting, graphics, source code where expressly sold, setup services, advertising, or other digital deliverables. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise. Payment must clear before delivery or activation.
7. Personal Stats Bot Subscription
The personal statistics bot is offered at $5 USD per month unless a different written quote is accepted. It may include hosting, configuration, DarkyDev branding or agreed client branding, updates, and reasonable support. Service may be suspended when payment is overdue.
8. Lifetime and One-Time Products
“Lifetime” means for as long as the applicable product remains actively operated by DarkyDev, not the purchaser’s lifetime and not guaranteed perpetual availability. One-time purchases do not include unlimited future custom development unless expressly stated.
9. Refunds and Chargebacks
Digital products and activated services are generally non-refundable once delivery, configuration, access, or work has begun, except where required by law or where DarkyDev approves a refund. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate suspension and recovery of associated costs.
10. API and Data Accuracy
Statistics, prices, listings, player counts, and other data may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect because they depend on third-party APIs and stored snapshots. Do not rely on the Service for guaranteed financial value, trade safety, or permanent records.
11. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” No uptime, compatibility, response-time, data-retention, or error-free-operation guarantee is made. Maintenance, hosting incidents, API limits, Discord outages, or platform changes may interrupt access.
12. User Content
You retain responsibility for images, text, prompts, logos, usernames, reports, and other content you submit. You must have permission to use it. You grant DarkyDev a limited license to process it only as needed to provide and secure the Service.
13. AI Features
AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Do not submit passwords, tokens, private keys, payment-card data, or confidential personal information. Prompts and generated content may be processed by configured AI providers.
14. Suspension and Termination
DarkyDev may restrict, suspend, blacklist, or terminate users, servers, integrations, licenses, or services for abuse, fraud, non-payment, security risk, harassment, legal exposure, or violation of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
The DarkyDev and Darky’s DonutStats names, logos, website design, code, documentation, graphics, and original assets are owned by DarkyDev unless otherwise stated. No ownership transfers unless a written sale expressly says so.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DarkyDev is not liable for lost profits, virtual items, lost data, downtime, server damage, missed trades, reputation loss, indirect damages, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
17. Changes
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
