1. Scope
This Policy explains how DarkyDev handles information through Darky鈥檚 DonutStats, stats.darkydev.net, the Discord bot, custom hosted bots, support systems, premium features, and connected services.
2. Data We May Collect
Depending on the feature, we may process Discord user IDs, server IDs, channel IDs, role IDs, Discord usernames, Minecraft usernames and UUIDs, linked-account records, command usage, configuration data, support tickets, bug reports, giveaway participation, watchlists, payment-confirmation records, purchase status, uploaded files, AI prompts, and technical logs.
3. Data We Do Not Intentionally Collect
We do not intentionally request Discord passwords, Minecraft passwords, full payment-card details, banking credentials, private keys, or account passwords. Do not submit these.
4. Purposes
Data is used to operate commands, deliver statistics, verify premium access, manage linked accounts, send requested alerts, process support and purchases, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, improve performance, and comply with legal obligations.
5. DonutSMP and Public Data
Player statistics and market information may be retrieved from third-party APIs or public game-related sources. Such data may be cached temporarily or stored as historical snapshots for graphs, leaderboards, alerts, and price analysis.
6. Website API Security
Private API credentials are stored only as server-side environment variables. They are not intentionally sent to the browser or committed to the public repository.
7. Payments
Payment processors handle payment credentials directly. DarkyDev may retain transaction identifiers, payer name or handle, amount, purchase type, payment status, and support correspondence needed to verify access, prevent fraud, and maintain records.
8. AI Providers
When AI features are used, prompts, instructions, and uploaded content may be sent to the configured AI provider. Do not provide sensitive or confidential information.
9. Retention
Operational records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the feature, security, support, legal compliance, dispute handling, or service continuity. Some records may remain temporarily in backups.
10. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Information may be shared with hosting providers, API providers, Discord, payment processors, AI providers, contractors assisting with operations, or authorities where legally required.
11. Security
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online service is perfectly secure. Users are responsible for protecting their own accounts and should report suspected security issues promptly.
12. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13. Users must satisfy Discord鈥檚 minimum-age rules and applicable local law.
13. Your Requests
You may request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting DarkyDev. Some data may be retained where required for fraud prevention, legal compliance, security, or dispute resolution.
